Meet the Directors:
 Rob Du Toit, Managing Director and founder of QI Properties. Prior to setting up QI Properties, Rob had been involved in building his own property portfolio in South Africa and then later started offering a unique service to Expats in the UK to also invest their hard earned pounds in their home land. Rob later decided to tap into the local UK market which he did with great success, by providing tailor made solutions to homeowners with a need to sell for many reasons such as: Financial difficulties, repossessions, broken chains, etc.
 Tim O’Hanlon joined QI Properties as a Director at the beginning of 2008. He is the owner and founder of a business consulting practice that has been contracting to large corporations for the past 15 years, focusing on group-wide initiatives aimed at re-engineering business. His company has worked in the oil, retail and financial services sectors and one of his anchor clients over this period is a Fortune 500 financial services company with its head office in London. He is a successful entrepreneur and has vast experience in all facets of business. This background and personal experience in property investment will provide a wealth of guidance to QI Properties and help it grow into a world class service provider to our Investor Clients.
