OUR SERVICES
We are a boutique property managements company specializing in producing beautiful, quality accommodation. We invest in your property before we take on managing it, making it much sought after desirable accommodation for tenants. We pay for repairs and maintenance up to the value of £50 and work with Landlords who want a new approach to managing their property; a stress free one.
We offer a free refurbishment to a property up to the value of £1,000. We can also do or add tasteful and eye-pleasing dressing and decor. Our finish leaves your property a much sought after and desired home, making getting good tenants a reliable prospect.
We manage every aspect of running your property from vetting and signing up of tenants to collecting rent and handling repairs and maintenance. We leave Landlords with little to do except sit back and receive their monthly income.
